Steamboat Springs

After our first full day of lessons.
Ally and Travis were exhausted by this point!

Let's Rock and Roll! We're ready!

We took a last minute trip to Steamboat Springs
on the 12th-14th of December. The kids and I
all took ski lessons and it went really well! We
can't wait to go back in March for 5 days!!!

FAMILY Date Night

Two weeks before the event the kids received
a letter that they had been invited to a FAMILY
DATE NIGHT. They were told they'd go to dinner
in the big city AND to a show. Every day we counted
down to the big event. Above, you can see we let
them get all dressed up for the event. Travis wasn't
in the picture kind of mood...

We went to PF Chang's for dinner and the
kids had a blast!

Then we arrived at
DISNEY ON ICE!!!!

C-mas fun!

This year we have 2 trees. A fancy one in the
formal living room and a fun one in the family room.
The kids and I had a blast putting EVERY ornament
we own on our "fun" tree this year! Since Travis
only could access a certain portion of the tree we'd
get a big clump in the front, lower section, then I'd
move them and he'd add more! So fun! This was
his first year to really be involved in this part!

Ally's First Field Trip

Ally had her first field trip Nov. 18 to the Museum
of Nature and Science. Since Mommy was
leaving to go to Michigan for the weekend, Daddy
got the day off to go with her!

Mid October Snow

We had an early snow this year! Mid October, WOW!
The kids bundle up to head outside and enjoy it.
We got 2 SNOW DAYS out of this storm.
They were our first 2 snow days since moving
to Colorado. Woo hoo! No school, no work!
